Megger MPU690
The Megger MPU690 proving unit is a portable battery operated unit capable of verifying the correct functionality of a voltage tester. It will generate five stepped nominal output voltages from 50 to 690 volts. When the Megger MPU690 Proving Unit is turned on it will first generates 690 volts. Therefore it will then slowly goes down through each voltage step until the device turns off.
Each of these voltage steps are indicated by an LED and a low battery indication LED will give ample warning when it’s time to replace batteries. This particular unit features an automatic power on function when probes are inserted into the output terminals, generating a 50Hz output which will simulate the AC mains supply. There is also an automatic power off function featured on the Megger MPU690 Proving Unit for conservation of batteries.
The Megger MPU690 Proving Unit will establish the correct operation of voltage indicators through use of the output power rating and spacing of the output terminals.

Megger TPT320
The Megger TPT320 Voltage Tester is a versatile 2-pole voltage tester with a variety of functions. LCD and LED displays provide AC and DC voltage measurement from 12-690V, in addition a continuity function ranging from 0-500kΩ. Greater continuity and voltage measurements are accompanied by an acoustic sounder. Bright LED torch allows safe working in poorly lit environments. Phase rotation indication is simplified, which avoids the crossing of the test probes. Includes a feature that will warn the operator of dangerous test voltages even when the batteries have become exhausted.
